The Women-Led Digital Collective Action for Inclusive Governance and Resilience initiative was implemented by IFES Institute in partnership with PUNSAA, Y-Peer Puntland, and women’s cooperatives, with partner support for strengthening women-led collective action and inclusive community governance.
The initiative combines women’s empowerment, digital innovation, civic participation, and community resilience. It supports IFES’s commitment to increasing women’s participation in decision-making and strengthening locally led approaches to governance and development.
The project also reflects IFES’s wider emphasis on innovation and digitalization as tools for strengthening inclusive participation, transparency, accountability, and community resilience.
